About the Role:
Welcome to the engine room. Our Facilities Engineering team is the backbone of our manufacturing plant—if our utilities, systems, and facilities stop, the plant stops.
Reporting directly to our Facilities Engineer, you will not be sitting at a desk reading textbooks. You will be on the floor, actively supporting the optimization, validation, and documentation of the critical systems that power a global FMCG facility. This is a rare opportunity to gain highly sought-after technical skills that will make your resume stand out in the engineering field.
What You Will Do (Roles & Responsibilities):
Master Equipment Validation (IQ/OQ): Gain hands-on experience in the gold standard of engineering compliance. You will assist in implementing and improving Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ), ensuring our world-class machinery is installed correctly and operates at peak performance.
Process Flow Architecture: Map out the physical reality of our plant. You will prepare, study, and analyze technical process flows, helping the engineering team identify bottlenecks and utility optimization opportunities.
Technical Playbook Creation: Translate complex engineering actions into clear, executable steps. You will develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and critical engineering documentation that our technicians will use daily.
Data-Driven Engineering: Drive our data collection efforts, utilizing digital tools to track facility performance and update the core engineering database.
Who We Are Looking For (Key Requirements):
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a closely related technical field) with a strong academic track record (CGPA of 3.2 and above preferred).
Duration: Available to commit to a highly immersive internship for a minimum of 6 months. (Only one exclusive vacancy is available for this intake!)
Technical Foundation: You possess a solid understanding of basic mechanical or electrical engineering principles and are eager to see how they apply in a massive, real-world factory setting.
Digital Agility: You are highly adaptable and skilled in using collaborative tech tools, specifically the Google Workspace (Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Google Forms), to collect data and present engineering solutions.
The Mindset: You are analytical, curious, and not afraid to put on safety shoes to figure out how complex facility systems operate on the shop floor.
Why Join Us?
You will leave this 6-month program not just as a student, but as an engineer with tangible experience in industrial validation, process mapping, and facility operations. Apply today and start building a future to smile about!
