Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide daily assistance and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them live fulfilling, independent, and community-connected lives. This role focuses on promoting independence, personal growth, and safety while fostering a positive and respectful environment.

• Provide daily support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities • Assist with daily living skills, personal care, activities, and transportation • Promote independence, community inclusion, and personal development • Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive living environment
QUALIFICATIONS
• Compassionate, dependable, and reliable individuals • Valid driver's license • Ability to pass required background checks • GED/High school diploma required • No prior experience required; paid training provided
