We\'re looking for a detail-oriented and professional Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory accuracy, and lead a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and safe logistics execution. You will be responsible for optimizing warehouse processes, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and driving operational excellence across all warehouse functions.
- Supervise and schedule warehouse staff, ensuring adequate coverage and productivity while fostering a safe and positive team environment
- Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as order fulfillment rates, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies; conduct safety training and investigations as needed
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize warehouse layout, processes, and workflows
- Oversee equipment maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to warehouse activities and performance
- Train, mentor, and develop warehouse associates; conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
