How you’ll make an impact in this role
Lead a high-performing clinical team by hiring, mentoring, and developing nursing staff to ensure a culture of excellence and professional growth.
Drive operational excellence within the ER and ICU by optimizing workflows and resources, ensuring the team is always positioned to provide safe, efficient patient care.
Champion patient outcomes by proactively identifying and resolving service delivery issues, ensuring every patient journey is seamless and high-quality.
Ensure clinical integrity by maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies, safeguarding both the staff and the patients under your care.
Steward unit resources by managing budgets and expenditures strategically to ensure the team has the tools and staffing necessary to succeed.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulativeleadership experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking
Direct ED or ICU Leadership Experience: Proven track record in Emergency or Critical Care nursing to effectively lead these specialized departments.
