The primary purpose of the Post-Production Logistics Tech role is to direct, manage and coordinate logistics and transportation of products to/from the warehouse and pharmacy. The logistics tech will be responsible for day to day operations of the fulfilment/labelling team to ensure the work flow is effective and any obstacles to the process are cleared.\ Responsibilities:
The logistics tech will be responsible for planning and coordinating all event logistical requirements including transportation of medication to/from warehouse and pharmacy.
Ensure all medication is stored, handled and transported in line with company procedures, health and safety guidelines and event regulations.
Responsible for keeping the pharmacy area clean and organized.
Be proactive and work closely with logistics lead to resolve logistical issues independently or within a team environment.
Confirm quality of every released batch through the review and approval of all batch record components.
Perform timely release of products, staging of products and scrapping of rejected products within pharmacy.
Perform wrapping of packaged IV bag medication loaded on pallet.
Coordinate with warehouse for pickup/dropoff of IV bag medication once palletized to/from FSSE1 and FSSE2.
Work closely with labeling team to box packaged product and place evenly on a pallet.
Scan finished product into location within pharmacy/warehouse.
Support any additional movement regarding 3PL product storage at FSSE2.
Other duties as assigned.
