JOB HIGHLIGHTS--Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Certified Medication Aide (C.M.A.).You will make a difference in the lives of residents by coordinating their medication administration and assisting them with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities--Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

• Assistance with Medicationsfor all assigned residents
• Assisting with the daily care of the residents,including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the residents physical and emotional comfortand responding as needed
• Documenting completed taskssuch as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
• Confidentially communicating clearlyto other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
• Demonstrating the ability to manage assigned taskswithin the scheduled shift

Bonus opportunities--Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

• Perfect attendance bonus\$75 for full-time (up to a \$1,950 annual benefit) and \$35 for part-time (up to a \$910 annual benefit)
• Shift differential\$1+ per hour depending on location and shift assignment
