We are currently seeking a full-time CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in programming and setting up CNC machines to manufacture components that meet the rigorous standards of the aerospace industry. Your expertise in CATIA is crucial to ensuring the precision, performance, and safety of our aerospace products.
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs using CATIA V5 and Vericutsoftware for aerospace components.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and machinists to translate complex aerospace engineering drawings and specifications into efficient CNC programs.
- Implement toolpath strategies to achieve tight tolerances and adhere to aerospace industry standards.
- Conduct in-process and post-process inspections to guarantee the highest level of quality and compliance with aerospace regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues to minimize production downtime.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to aerospace-specific requirements and documentation.
