We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and provide an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting customers with questions and providing recommendations
• Processing sales transactions at the assigned cash register
• Maintaining cash security and protecting company assets
• Keeping the store well-stocked and recovering merchandise
• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and replenishing stock according to productivity standards
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and management
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
• Performing other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drugstore settings highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required
• Must be able to lift 3050 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required
