Job Title: Facilities Handyman
Job Description
We are seeking a Facilities Handyman to join our team and perform general facility maintenance tasks. This role involves moving furniture, painting, building repairs, and requires plumbing experience.
Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance tasks across the facility, ensuring all areas are kept in optimal condition.
Move furniture as needed for various events and configurations.
Conduct painting tasks to maintain and refresh facility aesthetics.
Perform building repairs to address any issues or damages.
Utilize plumbing skills to replace copper lines and perform necessary repairs.
Conduct electrical, HVAC, and preventive maintenance inspections.
Perform snaking and draining tasks as needed.
Complete facility repairs efficiently and effectively.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in plumbing, particularly replacing copper lines.
Demonstrated skills in electrical work and HVAC maintenance.
Strong abilities in general facility maintenance and repairs.
Experience with painting and furniture moving.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in building repairs and facility maintenance.
Skills in preventive maintenance and inspections.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
