About You
The Track Record: You have a proven, successful background in Professional Services sales, specifically within the ERP, HCM, or Financial Management or similar space.
Delivery DNA: You aren't just a "seller"---you understand the mechanics of project delivery. You have hands-on experience managing or participating in complex implementation projects (e.g., HR, Payroll, Finance, or Analytics).
Strategic Architect: You excel at creating and managing complex deal strategies. You know how to navigate sophisticated procurement cycles and are comfortable authoring and negotiating SOWs and PSAs.
Industry Agility: Since you'll be covering Diversified Industries, you are a quick study who can pivot your messaging to meet the unique needs of a retailer one day and a tech firm the next.
Collaborative Leader: You are a self-starter who thrives in a "team sport" sales environment, working seamlessly with Account Executives, Partners, and Customer Success to drive long-term value.
Communication Pro: Whether you're leading a discovery session or responding to a complex RFP, you communicate with clarity, authority, and a "trusted advisor" mindset.
