The Senior Software Engineer codes software applications based on business requirements. The Senior Software Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the quality, reliability, and performance of our software solutions. You will drive standardized quality assurance practices, oversee complex testing and debugging efforts, and engineer high‑impact fixes that enhance our systems and user experience. Leveraging your technical expertise, you will investigate and resolve advanced software issues, provide guidance to cross‑functional teams, and contribute to the evolution of our engineering strategy.
In this role, you will operate with significant autonomy—making informed decisions on technical approaches, influencing architectural direction, and establishing best practices across the development lifecycle. You’ll bring strong problem‑solving skills, a passion for building scalable solutions, and a commitment to engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Define and enforce standardized quality assurance processes to ensure software consistency, stability, and maintainability.
Lead advanced debugging, testing, and issue‑resolution efforts across multiple components and services.
Research complex software problems, including customer‑reported issues, and develop actionable recommendations and long‑term solutions.
Influence engineering and department‑level strategies through technical leadership and high‑quality contributions.
Make decisions on moderately complex to highly complex technical challenges, particularly in architecture, integration, and system design.
Work independently with broad latitude to determine objectives, define solutions, and drive outcomes.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and adherence to SDLC best practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
5+ years of hands‑on experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications and/or infrastructure
Proven experience in full‑stack development using C# and .NET
Strong background in API development, service integration, and system interoperability
Proficiency working with MongoDB
Experience working with Databricks and modern data engineering workflows
Demonstrated experience working with cloud platforms and cloud‑native architectures
Commitment to SDLC best practices, with a strong focus on code quality, security, maintainability, and automation
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience working with Neo4j or other graph databases
Relevant industry certifications (cloud, development, architecture, security, etc.)

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$106,900 - $147,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
