Crestwood Manor is seeking highly skilled Security Guards to join our team!
Crestwood Manor is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Whiting, NJ. We are looking for a per diem Security Guard to join our team. Our Security Guards are responsible for the overall safety and security of the facilities and community.
Responsibilities:
Respond to resident calls and requests.
Respond to calls regarding the facility and determine an appropriate course of action.
Respond to the fire alarm system, read panel, and take appropriate action.
Respond to the emergency call system and administer first aid. Meet ambulance and escort paramedics into the building. Secure apartments of residents taken to hospital.
Make rounds and check empty apartments.
Become familiar with all circuit breaker locations.
Know how to shut down the sprinkler system and drain it.
Outside patrol – making rounds during inclement weather for safety issues.
Education and Experience:
High school Diploma or equivalent required
Experience in security preferred
