Facilities Manager
Join Lincoln Tech as a Faciities Manager where you'll oversee campus operations, safety, and security across our educational facility Queens, NY. You'll lead maintenance operations, manage inventory , and implement security protocols that protect our students, faculty, and staff while maintaining an environment that supports learning and growth.
What You'll Do:
Responsible for oversight of equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and building systems operations
Manage campus inventory control systems and procurement processes
Implement security protocols and emergency evacuation procedures
Conduct quarterly safety inspections and ensure compliance with fire and building codes
Assist Campus President with budgetary planning and expense management
Oversee contractor work for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Monitor campus facilities to ensure optimal condition and functionality
What You Need:
4+ years experience in facilities management and security,
Knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes
Understanding of fire codes and safety protocols
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software
Military or law enforcement background helpful
