Our exceptional quality is driven by a deep investment in and the daily practice of continually improving our people, processes, and products.About the Opportunity:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Master Production Scheduler to join our team at Pursuit Aerospace. The Master Production Scheduler owns the creation and maintenance of the enterprise Master Production Schedule (3-24+ months). The role builds a feasible MPS aligned to demonstrated internal capacity and approved demand, ensuring visibility to site-level bottlenecks and load imbalances. The Master Production Scheduler publishes the SIOP approved medium-term MPS for site execution and validates schedule feasibility prior to release.The ideal candidate will be well-versed in lean scheduling principles and proficient in maintaining the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless production operations.Location: This position can work remotely or hybrid depending on the nearest site.Responsibilities:Build and maintain the enterprise Master Production Schedule aligned to SIOP approved demand and demonstrated capacityValidate MPS feasibility against site-level constraints (e.g., labor, machining hours, critical resources) and cross-site load balancing considerationsMaintain visibility to medium-term bottlenecks and capacity conflicts, surfacing risks that impact schedule feasibility or stabilityPublish the SIOP approved medium-term MPS for site planners to load into ERP systems and executeMonitor MPS stability and adherence to defined guardrails (e.g., changes within frozen zones), flagging exceptions requiring escalationPartner with Supply Planning Director and site operations leaders to ensure the MPS reflects realistic execution capabilities and agreed trade-offsPrepare and present scheduling reports and updates to management and stakeholders.Help Pursuit's sites with inventory management and stocking levels.Other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.At least 3 years of experience in production scheduling, supply chain or operations planning, across multiple sitesMust be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time bases without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.Preferred Qualifications:Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and lean scheduling principles.Must have proficiency in using scheduling software, ERP systems and Microsoft ExcelManufacturing or machine shop environment experienceAPICS CPIM or CSCP certification. This should go under preferred.Demonstrated ability to translate demand and capacity inputs into a feasible, stable production scheduleDeep understanding of production constraints, planning horizons, and impacts of schedule volatilityExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.Ability to work under pressure and
