Insight Global Senior Blister Packaging Engineer in Whitemarsh, Pennsylvania
Job Description
Our Consume Manufacturing Client is seeking a Sr. Packaging Engineer who has experience with Tech Transfers to support Blister Packaging Line Setup and Trial Execution under a Lead Engineer. They will also be looking for a Sr. Packaging Engineer with the same skillset aligned with Bottle/Vial line readiness and PLT execution. This individual will be traveling to the External Manufacturing site 25-40% of the time to assist with tooling installation and readiness checks. They will execute blister PLT's and document results while supporting validation and QA activities. They will need experience with consumer manufacturing equipment and updating SOPs in guidelines with the clients GMP requirements. They will also be communicating with EM sites as well as internal employees and oversee the installation and setup while supporting validation and QA sign-off.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering within relative industry
Experience with Bottle and or Blister Packaging lines
Experience with Tech Transfers
Familiarity with SOPs and validation standards - Consumer Manufacturing experience
