Insight Global Lead Active Directory Engineer in Whitemarsh, Pennsylvania
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Lead Active Directory Engineer, for a full-time opportunity with a Specialty Insurance Provider in the Conshohocken, PA area. This person will have 2 direct reports, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining the organizations ITSM tooling and employee service center using Solarwinds or Fresh. Additionally, they will develop and report on all Service Desk metrics - incident, problem, change, request - time to resolve/respond, etc. This is a heavy Microsoft environment, and the client needs an SME who can support and maintain Entra AD, MAM and MDM process, Outlook, Exchange, Azure Virtual Desktop, and the ongoing migration to Microsoft Teams. This client is also currently building out the "zero touch" laptop provisioning model using tools such as Intune and Autopilot. Lastly, this Engineer should have experience with security tools such as CrowdStrike, Material, Zscaler Private Access, and any other Microsoft based tools.

10+ years experience in the Service Desk/EUC space
Expert level Entra AD experience
Strong Autopilot and Intune experience
Background with Azure Virtual Desktop
MAM and MDM experience
Service Desk Leadership experience
Strong experience with implementing endpoint protection and building out security functionality
Experience packaging applications with governance parameters - Azure server experience
Experience rolling out a "zero touch deployment" process
Experience migrating to Microsoft Teams
