Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Scheduling Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact throughout the home assessment scheduling process. In this role, you will support Risk Consultants in meeting production and timeliness goals while managing scheduling activities within an assigned territory. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of outbound contacts efficiently.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading company in the insurance space and offers strong growth potential—including paths into leadership, as demonstrated by current management.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the home assessment scheduling process
Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails to secure and confirm appointments
Manage and maintain appointment schedules that accommodate both client and business partner needs
Act as a subject matter expert on the geography of the assigned territory to schedule appointments logically and efficiently
Complete tasks accurately and efficiently using company and department resources
Maintain a strong attention to detail to enhance the overall scheduling experience
Proactively communicate needs, concerns, availability issues, and scheduling challenges
Respond collaboratively to internal and external inquiries within 24 hours
Provide monthly updates to leadership on trends, availability constraints, and scheduling concerns
Communicate professionally with internal and external partners via phone, email, and MS Teams
Schedule & Work Environment
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days work-from-home
Standard shifts:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM or
Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays (4 hours) required based on workload - Typically voluntary; may be required during peak periods
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High School Diploma or GED
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to manage high-volume outreach while maintaining professionalism and accuracy

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
