Key Responsibilities:
Input, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems
Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies and correct as needed
Organize electronic and hard copy files for easy retrieval
Prepare routine reports based on entered data
Communicate with team members to resolve data inconsistencies or clarify information
Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality protocols
Perform other administrative support duties as required
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles
High attention to detail and strong accuracy in data processing
Fast and efficient typing skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
