Cerelia USA is hiring for 1st shift at our brand-new, state-of-the-art food production facility in Whitehall, Ohio. This plant focuses on our popular rolled dough and cookie dough products, including the Jus‑Rol® brand sold in major grocery stores.

What You’ll Do
Operate and monitor high-speed food processing and packaging equipment
Inspect equipment before and after runs; document checks digitally
Adjust machinery to ensure product quality and consistency
Perform quality checks, bake-offs, and record production data
Troubleshoot equipment issues and partner with Maintenance
Complete changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation between runs
Follow all food safety, quality (SQF), and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
Experience in food manufacturing or production (preferred, not required)
Ability to follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
Willingness to learn new systems (SAP/CMMS experience a plus)
