Front Desk Agent - EveningsWhitefish, MTA beautiful local resort in Whitefish, Montana, is currently seeking professional and personable Front Desk Agents to join its guest services team. Whether our guests are looking for adventure, relaxation, or both, they can enjoy an experience that blends comfort, style, and authentic hospitality.As a central point of contact for guests, the Front Desk Agent handles everything from check-in and reservations to shuttle coordination, guest inquiries, and daily operational support. Working closely with departments like housekeeping, valet, and concierge, this position ensures seamless communication and a smooth guest experience. Flexibility, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset are essential. This is a great opportunity for those looking to grow their hospitality skills and be part of a supportive, service-driven environment.Starting Pay: $20/hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Full-time, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.Benefits for eligible employees: Full benefits package including paid holidays, paid time off, insurance, and company discounts in WhitefishEssential Functions and Duties:Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation processingRespond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, offering accurate and helpful informationEnsure all guest concerns and requests are resolved promptly and properlyEnsure the accuracy and completion of all folios and room charges dailyIntroduce the lodge to guests using professional language and exhibiting a sincere desire and compliance toward all guest requestsCollaborate closely with housekeeping, concierge, and valet teams to support smooth daily operationsMaintain and share in-depth knowledge of the property, its amenities and provide helpful recommendations to enhance the guest experienceQualifications:Excellent communication skills both in person as well as on the telephoneFormer work with resort computer systems and/or RDP a plusComputer skills, excellent verbal and written skillsAbility to act as a sales representativeAbility to maintain strict confidentiality of classified informationMust possess excellent business sense and high professional ethicsHigh regard for customer service and employee relationsAbility to pass background screeningsGet in touch!
