What You'll Do:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment to accomplish the required tasks in a safe, environmentally sound, and fiscally responsible manner
- Operate one of many types of heavy equipment including but not limited to wheeled bulldozers, front-end loaders, haul trucks, and water wagons
- Responsible for housekeeping, environmental compliance, reporting any problems that are observed, training new or transferred employees, and assisting other mining personnel/groups as required by management
What You'll Bring:
- VerifiableHeavy equipment experience running a bulldozer, haul truck, and front-end loader as well as a field test.
- Valid Driver's license for operating company vehicles
- Steady employment history
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
Testing Requirements for Hourly Applicants
- All hourly applicants must complete the Florida Ready to Work or National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)assessment. A minimum score of 3 in Math, 3 in Reading, and 3 in Datais required to be considered eligible for employmentwith Nutrien.
- Applicants must also complete the Florida Ready to Work Soft Skills Assessmentand achieve a Passed status.
- Both certificates (Florida Ready to Work or NCRC and Soft Skills) must be uploaded along with your resumewhen submitting your application.
- These assessments are offered at no cost at any CareerSource office.
