Sigma Defense is seeking for a RMF (Risk Management Framework) Technician who has experience with CompTIA A+, Microsoft servers, Cisco firewalls, routers and switches, and Network protocols (TCP/IP and Subnetting).

Requirements
4+ years of RMF experience.
CompTIA A+ or comparable experience.
Strong experience with Microsoft servers, Cisco firewalls, routers and switches, and Network protocols.
Ability to install and evaluate commercials of the shelf software products and tools.
Working knowledge of data communications and networking.
Integration and test experience.
Linux System Administration skills.
Windows System Administration skills.
Experience solving computer system problems.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Personnel Clearance Level:
Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.
A clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.
Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):
Conduct vulnerability and compliance scans on assigned systems in accordance with RMF requirements, applicable security controls, and organizational policies.
Configure, operate, and maintain approved scanning tools to ensure accurate and comprehensive assessment results.
Review, analyze, and validate scan findings to identify false positives, assess risk levels, and document verified vulnerabilities.
Compile and upload scan results and supporting documentation into RMF packages and approved tracking systems.
Coordinate with system administrators, engineers, and cybersecurity personnel to support remediation efforts and validate corrective actions.
Maintain scan schedules to ensure compliance with continuous monitoring requirements and accreditation timelines.
Safeguard sensitive system information and ensure all scanning activities comply with applicable security and operational procedures.
Provide technical input and status updates to RMF stakeholders, including Authorizing Officials, Information System Security Managers, and program leadership.
Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
