We are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Insights & Analytics - Category & Shopper Leadershipto help fuel growth across our portfolio and the broader category! This high-impact role reports directly to the Director of Strategic Insights & Analytics - Category & Shopper Leadership.As a Senior SIA Manager on the Category & Shopper Leadership team, you'll turn data into insight-and insight into action. You'll be at the forefront of uncovering the consumer, category, and shopper trends that shape the future of plant based eating and drinking - translating them into bold strategies that drive growth for Danone and our Retailer-Partners alike.In this role, you'll be a key architect of category and channel strategies - bringing forward compelling, insight rich stories that influence decisions and inspire our retailer-partners. You'll leverage an advanced data toolkit, including syndicated scan data (Circana/Nielsen), retailer transaction and loyalty card data (84.51/Scintilla/Dunnhumby), Panel Data (Circana/Nielsen/Numerator), third-party sources (Mintel/Kantar) and MORE -- arming you with the data to deliver clear and actionable recommendations.You'll operate as a critical connector across the organization. From Sales and Category Leadership to Brand Management and your SIA peers, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and activate initiatives that advance the Plant-Based Food & Beverage agenda-always with a focus on delivering the Quad-Win for shoppers, retailers, Danone and the planet.If you're energized by the idea of shaping the future of the Plant-Based category, influencing strategy with data, and telling powerful stories that move businesses forward, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Key Roles & Responsibilities: * Operate as the Shopper & Category expert for the organization and our retailer-partners by leveraging advanced analytics and deep consumer/category/shopper insight. * Build compelling, data-backed, category selling materials * Harness a wide ecosystem of data sources (Circana, Numerator, Mintel, Kantar, Nielsen, and more) to deliver highimpact insights including sales/share diagnostics, opportunity gap analyses, assortment optimizations, planogram evaluations, shopper/category/retailer 101's, macro-trend identification, category/segment performance reporting and more! * Shape the direction of the Plant-Based Foods & Beverages category by developing longrange category growth visions and actionable tactics that drive long-term growth * Analyze shopper demographic and behavioral data to illuminate how shoppers engage with categories and channels-fueling targeted, insightdriven strategies. * Own the identification of Danone's High-Priority HERO item lists using key syndicated and panel analysis to help guide our Commercial go-to-market strategies * Support identification of white-space innovation leveraging emerging category, shopper and market trends * Leverage expert-level shelving knowledge to deliver bestinclass category shelving recommendations that enhance the shopper experience in store * Partner with our Digital Shelf and Omni-Activation teams to develop and deliver Category Strategies that optimize the shopper experience online * Stay ahead of market shifts by continuously monitoring global trends and evolving behaviors across a diverse set of retail channels * Operate with urgency and precision, quickly turning around insights, analyses, and presentation support that equips teams to r
