Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team. The role involves a combination of site inventory and analysis, site planning and design, as well as project management and client interaction. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that require feasibility and master plan studies, visual analyses, and construction administration.
Responsibilities
Conduct site inventory and analysis both in the field and office.
Perform feasibility and master plan studies.
Engage in site planning and design, including layout, grading, site lighting, and landscaping.
Create visual analyses, photographic and 3D simulations.
Manage project teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
Coordinate applications to municipal boards and agencies for approvals or permits.
Present ideas and interact with clients and other consultants.
Administer construction activities, including site observations.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Landscape Architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Land F/X, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS.
Experience in site analysis, site planning, landscape design, feasibility studies, and urban planning.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Registered/Professional Landscape Architect.
For senior candidates (10+ years of experience), experience in consulting engineering, community planning, and attending zoning and town council meetings is essential.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
