Press Brake Operator
White Bear Lake, MN | $24–$28/hour (DOE)
We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join a high‑quality precision sheet metal fabrication team in White Bear Lake, MN. This role involves operating Amada press brake machines to produce custom sheet metal components while maintaining strict quality and tolerance standards.
Position Overview
The Press Brake Operator will work with a combination of short‑run and long‑run custom projects, bending materials ranging from 20‑gauge to 3/8” thickness. This position requires the ability to work directly from engineering blueprints and GD&T, along with a strong attention to detail and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Operate Amada press brake machines for custom fabrication projects
Form sheet metal components ranging from 20ga to 3/8”
Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
Maintain tight tolerances between ±0.0001” and ±0.002”
Manage both short‑run and long‑run production jobs
Assist with preventative maintenance on fabrication equipment
Follow all safety and quality standards
Required Qualifications
2+ years of press brake setup and operation experience
Solid understanding of blueprints and GD&T
Precision sheet metal experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and quality

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
