As a Project Manager supporting Hydro One programs across the GTA , you will play a key role in delivering complex power, transmission, and distribution projects across Ontario. Your work will support the reliability, modernization, and resiliency of critical electrical infrastructure that millions of people depend on.
You’ll collaborate with diverse technical teams, utilities partners, contractors, and stakeholders — contributing to the planning and execution of meaningful, high impact infrastructure investments that strengthen communities and shape the province’s energy future.
Your Impact
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multidisciplinary Hydro One projects across the GTA.
Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, trackers, and progress reports.
Assist in managing project budgets, forecasts, and monthly cost reporting.
Facilitate project communication across engineering, construction, procurement, and client teams.
Coordinate risk assessments, mitigation plans, and issue escalation processes.
Support contract administration, change management, and procurement activities.
Contribute to quality assurance by reviewing deliverables for compliance and accuracy.
Apply WSP project delivery frameworks to drive consistency, safety, and excellence.
The Skills That Set You Apart
Post‑secondary education in engineering, project management, construction management, or a related discipline.
Experience supporting engineering, utility, construction, or infrastructure projects, ideally within the power or electricity sector.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
Familiarity with project controls, budgeting, scheduling, risk tracking, and reporting.
Proficiency with project scheduling or coordination software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is considered an asset.
Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 to $138,000
MB & ON: $95,000 to $130,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $94,100 to $124,900
