Barclays Services Corp. seeks Site Reliability Engineer, AVP in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions).JOB DUTIES:1. Ensure reliability, availability, and scalability of the systems, platforms, and technology.2. Monitor, maintain, and conduct capacity planning to ensure availability, performance, and scalability of systems.3. Resolve, analyze and respond to system outages and disruptions.4. Implement measures to prevent similar incidents from recurring.5. Develop tools and scripts to automate operational processes, reduce manual workload, increase efficiency, and improve system resilience.6. Monitor and optimize system performance and resources usage; identity and address bottlenecks, and implement best practices for performance turning.7. Collaborate with development teams to integrate best practices for reliability, scalability, and performance into the software development lifecycle, and work closely with other teams toensure smooth and efficient operations.1. Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations, and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.2. May telecommute pursuant to company policies. [Hybrid role]REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a Site Reliability Engineer, AVP related occupation.Rate of pay: $140,000 - $175,000/year. The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any another type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
