Analyze user requirements and translate them to system design and functional specification.2. Design, implement and maintain user interface and back-end services for existing Java based platform for Prime Transaction Management to meet business needs and performance requirements.3. Conduct Unit, integration and system testing to ensure quality and functionality of the software.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers and other developers.5. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment and maintenance.6. Ensure activities and duties are executed in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards.REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Management Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Management Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.RATE OF PAY: $131,997 to $135K per yearThe minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any another type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
