Chapter Lead Clinical Feasibility Strategists

PURPOSE:

The Chapter Lead Clinical Feasibility Strategists provides strategic, disciplinary and functional leadership for the global CF Strategist Chapter. The role is accountable for capability development, standardization, quality, and strategic evolution of Clinical Feasibility (indication, protocol, and site feasibility) across the portfolio.

The Chapter Lead ensures that Clinical Feasibility is delivered as a scalable, data‑driven, high‑impact advisory service to Program and Study Teams, enabling optimized development strategies, timelines, costs, and operational feasibility across all therapeutic areas.

The role acts as a senior strategic partner to CD&PE, Program Leadership and Clinical Operations, translating portfolio needs into capabilities, capacity models, standards, and data/solution strategies , while fostering a high‑performing, learning‑oriented CF Strategist community.

This role will be Residence-Based in the US.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Chapter leadership & people management

  • Provide disciplinary and functional leadership to the global CF Strategist Chapter

  • Drive talent development, performance management, succession planning and mentoring

  • Foster a strong community culture, knowledge sharing and consistent ways of working

  • Strategic ownership of Clinical Feasibility Deliverables

  • Own the end‑to‑end CF Strategist portfolio

  • Define service scope, quality standards, decision frameworks and value propositions

  • Ensure consistent, high‑quality advisory support to Program and Study Teams

  • Portfolio & demand management

  • Oversee integration of CF demand into the CTFA pipeline and portfolio

  • Balance capacity, prioritization and strategic focus across programs and studies

  • Support CTFA leadership in portfolio steering and escalation management

  • Senior advisory & stakeholder partnership

  • Act as senior strategic advisor to Program and Study Teams on feasibility‑driven development decisions

  • Shape problem framing, strategic options and trade‑off discussions at program level

  • Serve as key interface to CD&PE Heads, Clinical Operations leadership and platform companies

  • Capability, standards & continuous improvement

  • Drive global standards for feasibility methodologies, assumptions, outputs and decision criteria

  • Integrate lessons learned from study execution and portfolio retrospectives

  • Continuously evolve processes, governance and operating models

  • Data, analytics & vendor strategy (business ownership)

  • Provide strategic business ownership for CF‑related data, analytics and vendor landscape

  • Guide scope definition and value creation with internal analytics roles and external vendors

  • Critically challenge external data, methodologies and outputs to ensure consistency and decision readiness

  • Innovation & future readiness

  • Identify emerging feasibility trends, data sources, technologies and AI opportunities

  • Translate portfolio and business needs into future CF capability roadmaps

  • Actively shape the evolution of CTFA and Clinical Feasibility as a strategic differentiator

  • Thought leadership & organizational learning

  • Promote best practices, external benchmarking and internal transparency

  • Represent CF Strategists in cross‑functional forums and strategic initiatives

  • Build organizational understanding of feasibility‑driven decision making

WHO YOU ARE:

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree;

  • At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical clinical development or closely related functions;

  • Deep expertise in clinical operations and feasibility of clinical studies;

  • Proven leadership experience in managing expert teams and complex stakeholder landscapes;

  • Strong strategic, analytical and decision‑making capabilities;

  • Extensive experience translating complex data into executive‑ready recommendations;

  • Strong vendor and ecosystem management experience;

  • Excellent communication skills; fluent English (written and spoken);

  • Ability to influence without hierarchical authority; strong DSO leadership behaviors;

  • Demonstrated people leadership and talent development capability;

  • Strong coaching, mentoring and feedback skills;

  • High resilience, accountability and ability to navigate ambiguity and change;

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in science, business administration or equivalent.

This posting will be available for application until at least 4/27/2026.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $212,880 - $319,320. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
