Your Role:
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within your scope of practice
- Coordinate and oversee resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the Director of Nursing
- Promote restorative care to encourage residents' independence and well-being
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all nursing care provided
- Support and mentor nursing staff to foster a positive, patient-centered environment
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being while adhering to facility standards

Who We're Looking For:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of WV or a compact state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
