Your Role:
- Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for each resident
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient behavior to the medical team.
- Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
- Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Maintain reliable transportation and ensure punctuality for assigned shifts.
- Routinely make rounds, providing responsive care and services to residents.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Who We're Looking For:
- Current WV CNA certification or certified in a compact state
- A caring, reliable team player
- Passionate about providing personalized care and enhancing the lives of those in long-term care
Graduates from an accredited CNA program
