Adecco US, Inc. Quality Inspector in Wheeling, Illinois
Adecco is hiring immediately for Quality Inspectors at our client in Wheeling, IL. Quality Inspectors do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $19.00-$21.00/hr. plus $2 additional for shift differential! In this role, you will perform incoming raw material inspections and other areas requiring inspection, collect statistical data to improve ongoing quality control and procedures, maintain facility quality objectives, coordinate implementation with functional areas, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years’ minimum experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment with ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 facility certification and strong knowledge base of quality inspections
Experience with measurement instruments such as Optical Comparator, Micrometer, Caliper, Go/No Go Gauges
Experience with ASQ/ANSI Zl.4 sampling plans
Supported CAPA, NCR, Customer Complaint investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action implementation
ASQ training such as a Certified Quality Technician preparation course preferred
Basic proficiency operating the Keyence, including using pre-written programs, preferred
Excellent attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills
Effectively interact with multiple facility functional areas
Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
