Hiring: General Production Workers – Multiple Shifts
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL
Pay: $19–$21/hr (based on shift & experience), paid weekly.
We are hiring full time General Production Workers to support daily operations across assembly, receiving, and material handling. These roles involve working in a fast‑paced environment, using computers and scan tools, and supporting warehouse and production workflows.
Job Details:
Operates tool/equipment/processes in accordance with provided instructions as well as operate based on experience with limited or no instructions. Assists in the creation of instructions when none are available.
Understand and adhere to standard work, including quality policies, customer specifications, monitors own work to ensure quality standards, and communicates effectively with supervisors, escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate time keeping, record keeping, labor tracking, inventory control, process documentation, scrap, and quality records.
Supports improvement initiatives and participates actively to improve work environment which includes improving safety, cleanliness, product quality and efficiency. This includes generating new and innovated solutions to complex problems.
Keep up to date on all certifications and training requirements for the role, consistently completes assignments on time without compromising on quality, and effectively manages workload and tasks. Train others on all tasks if assigned.
Requirements:
2+ years of assembly experience
Hand and power tool knowledge
Read assembly diagrams or read blue prints
Can use and utilize computers

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wheeling, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
