- Collaborate with engineers to design and develop electronic systems and components for automation and robotics applications, including assisting in the creation of schematics, selecting appropriate components, and ensuring designs meet functional specifications.
- Oversee projects, including setting milestones, budgeting, and coordinating with other departments.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Provide regular updates and technical reports to management and clients.
- Assemble and test prototypes of electronic systems, ensuring they function as intended.
- Build custom circuits, integrating sensors, and configuring control systems tailored to specific automation needs.
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes and multimeters to test and troubleshoot electronic systems.
- Identify issues, perform repairs, and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the integration of electronic systems into larger automation frameworks, ensuring seamless operation with other components and systems, including configuring communication protocols and ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure.
- Maintain detailed records of designs, tests, and modifications.
- Prepare reports on system performance, issues encountered, and solutions implemented to support continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards.
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure that electronic systems meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Provide technical support during the installation and commissioning of systems.
