Unlike traditional \"road reps,\" this role allows you to leverage phone, email, and social selling to build a massive book of business across the country from a single location. This is a residual income model. You earn a high commission on the initial \"opening order\" and a recurring percentage on every reorder that store makes for years to come. Your goal is to build a high-volume \"portfolio\" of retail accounts that generates predictable monthly income. Key Responsibilities * Digital Prospecting: Use online directories, social media, and industry lists to identify independent gift shops, boutiques, and pharmacies nationwide. * The \"Mail & Call\" Strategy: Coordinate the sending of digital catalogs or physical sample packs and follow up via phone to close the placement. * Virtual Presentations: Conduct \"box openings\" or catalog walkthroughs via Zoom/FaceTime to show the quality of our card stock and designs. * Account Harvesting: Proactively call your existing accounts every 4-6 weeks to ensure they are stocked for upcoming holidays (Valentine\'s Day, Graduation, etc.). Qualifications * 1+ Year of Successful Sales Experience: You must be a \"phone warrior\" with a track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity goals. * Exceptional Verbal Communication: Since you can\'t show the product in person, your ability to describe value and build rapport over the phone is critical. * CRM Discipline: You must be able to manage a high-volume pipeline of hundreds of leads simultaneously.
