We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate financial data, create detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to guide budgeting, forecasting, and strategic investment decisions. Your expertise in financial modeling and analytics will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct variance analysis to assess deviations from budgets and forecasts.
• Utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other analytics platforms to manage and interpret financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to address specific business needs or challenges.
• Support efforts to improve cost control and enhance profitability.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Provide recommendations to improve cash flow and optimize investment planning.
Requirements • Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other financial analytics software.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to conduct data mining and interpret complex financial information.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication abilities to present financial findings to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial controls, accounting standards, and audit processes.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges.
