West Virginia Employer Mechanical Estimator - Project Manager in Westover, West Virginia
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mechanical Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. Salary range based on experience 60K-90K per year. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Mechanical and Plumbing systems and the ability to manage projects from the bid phase through closeout. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and field superintendents, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Required Education: Bachelors degree in construction management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field experience with 2 years minimum or 2 years or more of prior experience in this field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Mechanical estimating or project management or a Degree. Required Qualifications:Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Autobid, Trimble, or similar). Strong working knowledge of MS Project, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD. Familiarity with West Virginia building codes and safety regulations. Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and excellent written/verbal communication.
