Patient Care: Administer top-quality nursing care to patients and residents, ensuring the highest standards of practice. Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct intake assessments, administer first aid and medications, and perform health screenings. Care Planning: Assist in developing and evaluating individualized care plans, tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date health records for patients, documenting changes in their condition and treatments provided. Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, supervisors, and other healthcare staff to coordinate and implement effective patient care. Education and Training: May provide guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other staff. Participate in the orientation and training of new staff. Administrative Duties: Enter patient info into various electronic systems, ensure adherence to healthcare policies/regulations, and communicate urgent medical needs to relevant personnel. Patient Advocacy: Serve as liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of patient care plans. Higher pay based on experience, $11,500 appointment incentive for successful candidates who agree to work for the facility for at least twelve (12) months.
