Aspirus Health in Weston, WI is seeking a LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE - CLINIC to join our WESTON CLINIC team!
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides quality and safe delivery of home health services. Performs nursing acts supportive and complementary to the nursing practice.
HOURS: Full Time 1.0 FTE, 80 Hours Biweekly
Experience/Qualifications
Knowledge of patient care standards and practices normally acquired through graduation of an approved practical nurse program and completed formal course of instruction in medication administration.
One to two years’ medical/surgical experience necessary to enhance and develop skills, with one to two years of progressive home care experience beneficial.
Current Wisconsin and/or Michigan LPN licensure.
Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire - All clinical personnel in identified job codes are required to maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) training through independent study, manikin and knowledge testing. An acceptable CPR training program is the Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider course from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross Professional Rescuer Program with AED. Is able to travel to patient/client homes to provide patient/client care.
Valid driver’s license required.
Possesses automobile liability insurance with minimum $100,000/$300,000 coverage required, or $300,000 combined single-limit liability.
