Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our growing team in a small machine shop environment. You will be responsible for assembling electromechanical components and control panels, following technical blueprints and diagrams. This role requires precision, mechanical aptitude, and a strong understanding of wiring and electrical assembly.
Responsibilities
Assemble electromechanical components and control panels.
Follow blueprints, diagrams, wiring diagrams, and schematics accurately.
Utilize various hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies.
Ensure all assemblies are completed to meet quality standards.
Essential Skills
3-5 years of assembly experience, predominantly mechanical.
Basic knowledge in wiring and electrical assembly.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Bridgeport Mill and Manual Lathe.
Familiarity with materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and carbon steel.
Experience with Surface Grinder.
Tool and die experience preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to use tape measures.

Work Environment
Work in a collaborative small machine shop environment with a team of about 30 people, and continue to expand due to company growth. The position operates on a 1st shift schedule, working 10-hour days from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, MD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
