Position Overview
We’re seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support facility buildout as well as hands‑on equipment maintenance. You’ll begin with 2–3 months of training in Boulder before transferring permanently to the new Broomfield facility.
This role is essential to ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our systems and equipment.
What You’ll Do
Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment
Troubleshoot and repair pumps, compressors, motors, and machinery handling chemicals, fluids, and air
Support installation and buildout of new systems and production equipment
Read and interpret mechanical fabrication drawings
(CMMS Track) Assist with CMMS setup, data entry, and workflow creation prior to moving into maintenance responsibilities
Work safely around chemical systems and follow all operational protocols
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in relevant industrial or manufacturing environments
Ability to read mechanical fabrication drawings
Comfortable working around chemicals, pressurized systems, and fluid-handling equipment
Experience working in a startup, R&D, or fast-paced environment
Highly Preferred
Experience with fluid or chemical systems
Ability to interpret P&IDs
Experience with aluminum extrusion
Work Environment & Schedule
Day shift options: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM or 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Overtime available (not guaranteed)
Climate‑controlled facility
Required PPE: lab coat, hard hat, safety glasses, steel‑toed boots
Hands‑on, collaborative, build‑as‑we‑go startup environment

This is a Contract position based out of Westminster, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $48.00/hr.
