We are seeking an experienced Loader Operator in the Westminster, CO 80020 area . All applications/resumes should be submitted via our Craft Link.
How you will contribute to the team:
Operate loaders safely and efficiently on civil construction job sites.
Load, move, and stockpile materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, and debris.
Support excavation and underground operations by feeding crews and equipment.
Maintain proper grade, material placement, and site cleanliness.
Perform daily equipment inspections.
Clean, grease, and perform basic maintenance on equipment daily.
Operate additional equipment as needed.
Work closely with foremen, operators, and laborers to meet production goals.
Follow all company policies and job‑site safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
What you will bring to the role:
Experience operating loaders in a civil or construction environment.
Experience working around underground utilities and active job sites.
Ability to maintain grade and material control.
Ability to read and understand basic plans or grading instructions.
Demonstrated ability to operate equipment in a safe manner.
Willingness to work in various weather and site conditions.
Ability to follow written and verbal directions.

The salary range for this position is between $25 and $28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
