Carpenter Apprentice – Commercial & Healthcare Construction
We’re looking for a Carpenter Apprentice to join a growing commercial construction team that does a lot of work in hospitals and healthcare facilities. About 70% of our projects are hospital‑based, so experience in healthcare construction is a big plus.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Westminster, CO
Pay: $24-28/HR
You’ll be working around nurses, doctors, staff, and sometimes patients, so showing up professional, clean, and respectful is very important. This role is a mix of labor and carpentry support and is a great fit for someone who wants to learn, grow, and build a real career in construction.
What you’ll be doing:
General labor and site support
Installing, checking, and re‑sealing containment
Changing HEPA filters
Sweeping and keeping the site clean
Measuring and cutting materials for temporary protection
Assisting carpenters onsite
Carpentry support includes:
Temporary protection and wall protection
Safety rails and window coverings
Safety carpentry and scope gap work
Painting and touch‑ups
Hanging accessories and protection materials
What we’re looking for:
2–4 years of experience as a carpenter apprentice or construction laborer
Commercial construction experience required
Previous hospital or healthcare project experience preferred
Willingness to do labor work daily
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Curious, motivated, and interested in long‑term growth
Tools required:
Basic hand tools
Tool belt
Small tools and hammers

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
