A Typical Day

The Senior Vice President Application Development is responsible for planning, designing and executing all aspects of departmental disciplines and activities to support operational and strategic needs relating to the department. As the SVP Application Development , you will work in conjunction with Division leadership and internal customers to develop a departmental strategic plan in support of the company’s strategic and operational priorities.

The Senior VP Application Development will :

  • Ensure the development, implementation, and coordination of departmental plans and programs and the formulation and regulatory compliance of related policies and procedures

  • Responsible for overall system requirement creation, design and architecture

  • Oversee unit and regression testing, release coordination and production validation and Application development

  • Manage stakeholder project reviews, Audit remediation and SDLC process adherence

  • Develop and utilize tools and processes to build a sustaining culture in support of a learning knowledge based organization with a continuous improvement process methodology

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to the design, administration and implementation of all departmental programs, policies and processes

  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience

  • Expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices & procedures

  • Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word

    Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

  • Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

  • Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

  • Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

    Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

Salary

$131,500 - $294,000
