The Opportunity: Evolving Risk Analytics The Enterprise Risk Department is in an active phase of innovation towards AI-driven solutions. We are integrating next-generation AI and automation tools to solve complex problems, modernize legacy processes, and build smarter, more scalable solutions.
Supporting our Credit, Compliance, QC, and Enterprise Risk Management teams, we are looking for a forward-thinking analyst who can bridge the gap between traditional risk reporting and the latest advancements in AI and automated workflows. In this role, you will do more than manage data—you will help modernize it.
What You’ll Do
Engineer the Foundation: Leverage your advanced SQL and Python expertise, augmented by AI-coding assistants, to develop, maintain, and peer-review sophisticated queries. You will apply strong analytical acumen and automated tools to optimize how we extract, transform, and analyze data from diverse enterprise sources.
Innovate & Automate: Partner with the Enterprise Risk AI team to pilot and deploy AI-driven analytics, leveraging modern AI platforms and coding assistants to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Drive Strategic Insight: Perform deep-dive data analysis and create risk-based reports that influence strategic planning across Credit and Compliance.
Design Automated Solutions: Collaborate with business unit leaders to gather requirements and architect reporting solutions using Sigma, Excel, or other data visualization tools
Deliver Clarity: Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations and present findings to cross-functional teams.
Ensure Excellence: Maintain rigorous documentation for all reporting activities and champion a culture of continuous improvement through process optimization.
Support Core Operations: Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

What You’ll Bring
Innovation Mindset: A proactive interest in AI and automation technologies, with a desire to learn and implement new tools to solve business challenges.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Computer Science ).
Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a closely related analytical role.
Technical Proficiency: SQL and Python programming skills, paired with familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Snowflake’s Cortex) and Excel. Strong analytical problem solving skills.
Communication: Excellent ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly to stakeholders at all levels of management.

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
