We are currently seeking a Senior Backend Java Engineer (FTE/Onsite/USC/GC) to join our team in Westlake, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Java backend development and cloud technologies , combined with deep understanding of Wealth Management business processes .
Key Responsibilities
Techno-Functional Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs to gather, analyze, and translate wealth management requirements into technical solutions.
Technical Responsibilities
Design and develop backend services and microservices using:
Java
Spring / Spring Boot frameworks
Build and manage REST API-based integrations across systems.
Develop scalable applications aligned with microservices architecture principles .
Work with messaging technologies (e.g., event-driven architecture) for real-time processing.
Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (Microsoft Azure preferred) .
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Java backend development .
Strong expertise in:
Java, Spring, Spring Boot
Microservices architecture
REST API development and integration
5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred) .
5+ years of hands-on experience with messaging technologies .
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) .
Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit .
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking domain .
Understanding of financial products, investment lifecycle, and portfolio analytics .
