Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Pay: $24/hr
Type: Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Are you an experienced Surface Grinder looking for a stable, full time position with great long term potential? Join a well established manufacturing team in Westlake, OH, where your precision and craftsmanship truly matter.
What You'll Do:
- Perform precision surface grinding on steel and carbide components
- Work with table sizes ranging from 2 ft to 5 ft
- Maintain tight tolerances while ensuring quality and consistency
- Operate and maintain a variety of grinding and cutting machines
Equipment You'll Use:
- Okamoto ACC818NC
- Grand Rapids grinders
- Gundrill Drillmation
- Behringer Automatic Horizontal Bandsaw
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience with surface grinding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, motivated, and safety focused
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
