Area Temps, Inc. Office Operations Coordinator in Westlake, Ohio

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our masonry and service business, keep our office organized, support field operations, and ensure no leads, jobs, or details fall through the cracks. You will work 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
  • Enter and track leads in Trello and CRM systems
  • Assist in preparing and sending customer proposals
  • Follow up on outstanding estimates
  • Manage employee timecards and support payroll processing
  • Enter bills and track accounts payable in QuickBooks
  • Coordinate scheduling and communication between office and field teams
  • Keep systems organized and up to date
  • Perform other duties as needed

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Administrative, office management, construction or home services industry experience is preferred
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Trello or Housecall Pro is preferred
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Must have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Must have the ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
