Insight Global Network Manager (Cloud AWS+Azure) in Westlake, Ohio
Job Description
Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 network professionals distributed across Brazil, the US, and India
Oversee day-to-day network operations across global data centers in the US, Europe, Australia, and Tokyo
Consolidate and unify previously separate compute and VM layer teams into a cohesive network operations unit
Help build and shape the network operations team structure as the organization grows and reorganizes
Contribute to the long-term cloud migration strategy, transitioning infrastructure from colocation to predominantly Azure and AWS over the next 3–5 years
Advise on cloud architecture decisions, operational best practices, and design considerations for Azure and/or AWS environments
Manage team performance asynchronously across multiple time zones, ensuring operational continuity and clear communication
Support 500+ customers across thousands of instances and multiple hosted products

Skills and Requirements
4–5+ years of people management experience in a network manager or equivalent leadership role
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS) — experience in both is ideal, but one is required
Strong understanding of network operations principles, including compute infrastructure and VM layer management
Proven ability to lead distributed, asynchronous teams across multiple time zones and geographies
Experience supporting large-scale, multi-data-center environments (enterprise-level preferred but not required)
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working at SAS company
