Sangria Tapas LLC seeks Marketing Specialist for Westlake, OH to perform the following duties: Create and implement marketing strategies aimed at growing the restaurant's customer base. Analyze market trends and customer preferences in both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking communities to adjust campaigns as necessary. Manage the restaurant's social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, and Facebook), creating engaging and culturally relevant content to promote the restaurant's services, menu items, and events. Plan and execute promotional campaigns such as discounts, events, or menu specials. Use customer feedback and reviews to improve the restaurant experience. Create bilingual loyalty programs and promotions to increase customer retention. Manage employee records, payroll, and benefits administration, ensuring bilingual communication for staff regarding compensation and benefits.
Minimum Requirements: Requires Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing or Communications field. Requires 1 year of marketing experience, including implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, managing social media accounts, brand marketing; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation; Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to design marketing materials; Marketing Software (Mailchimp, HubSpot) for marketing campaigns.
